These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Hebaji platform and all its services. By accessing Hebaji.ws or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Key terms used in this document:

• "Hebaji" or "we" — The Hebaji.ws platform and the company operating it.
• "Member" or "You" — Any individual registered on Hebaji.
• "Platform" — Hebaji's website, app, and all related services.
• "Wallet" — The digital balance in your Hebaji account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Bonus funds that become withdrawable upon fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• "Wager" — The minimum wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

General Bonus Rules

Bet Acceptance

• Minimum bet: ৳50.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• Odds are determined based on the odds at the time the bet is confirmed.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned

• If a match is fully cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Hebaji's policy.
• Bets remain valid in the event of a venue change.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Live betting odds change constantly — the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• Hebaji is not liable for any unconfirmed bets due to network issues.
• Hebaji reserves the right to void bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following rules apply when playing slots, Live Casino, and other games in Hebaji's casino section:

• All games are supplied by licensed providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.).
• RNG (Random Number Generator) independently tested and certified.
• If a game session is interrupted, the bet amount is automatically refunded.
• Progressive jackpot payouts are subject to the provider's rules.
• Plays in demo mode do not count toward bonuses or payouts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hebaji and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to artificially fulfil bonus wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a means of money laundering.
• Hacking or Software Misuse: Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other unauthorized software.

• False Information: Providing false information regarding identity or payment.

Hebaji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of a terms and conditions violation.

• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may close their account at any time. Any verified balance will be available for withdrawal, while bonus balances will be forfeited.

Hebaji's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total value of the transaction in question.
